For the 6th consecutive year, Design TECHO raised funds for TECHO Communities. This year, the goal was to support Colinas del Sol and Villas del Rosario, both Communities are in Barranquilla, Colombia.
In addition to their annual fundraising, Design TECHO members, traveled and opened the doors so their community and networks could take part in making a difference abroad. On July 27-29, 28 DT members joined us in Barranquilla, where we built 7 homes, joining with another 50 local volunteers.
Edgar Renteria – Baseball World Series Champion who is from Barranquilla, joined the team by donating 5 homes and visiting the community to reiterate his support to those who need it the most.
